 Although our primary activity here at Noetica is the continual development of the Synthesys™ product range, our focus is constantly shifting towards providing the best possible customer care to our fast growing global customer base. We take a very personal approach to customer service and insist on developing a good level of knowledge of our clients' businesses. Our product and customer support teams are available around the clock to ensure that our clients derive the maximum benefit from the software that we provide them with.


Almost everyone at Noetica is involved in some way in looking after our customers. From the more obvious, customer facing roles such as our helpdesk engineers and customer support staff via our project managers who deliver Synthesys™ based solutions and our development teams who provide third line support and deliver custom features and all the way through to our trainers and account managers everyone is focused on you, the customer.

Our entire marketing strategy is based on the principle that our customers will recommend us to others in their respective industries. This is how Noetica has traditionally grown and this has proven much more effective than any other approach to sales and marketing. We consider our customers to be our sales ambassadors and we make sure that they become as enthusiastic about our products and services as we are.
